  • How can I check the status of my order?

  • Do you ship outside of the Sri Lanka?

    Absolutely! We can send your order internationally. Kindly place your orders through www.craftacase.com
  • How long it will take to deliver my order?

    Delivery will be on the next day, if you are living in Colombo(1-15) and subursbs. We will be delivering your customized products islandwide withing 2-4 days. Please check more information on shipping here.
  • Do you offer discounts?

    Yes, from time to time. You may be required to enter a promo code at checkout to receive your discount. Please check our home page to see if we are currently running a special.
  • What happens if my case is damaged during shipping?

    Although we're very proud of our protective packaging, sometimes accidents do happen. If your case is damaged during shipping, we're happy to provide you with a replacement case for free. Please contact us for details about how to return both your damaged package and custom case.
  • How long will it take for my product to be created and when will I receive it?

    For most orders we need just 1-2 business days to produce your personalized product. Once your order is placed, your item will be shipped using the shipping method you have designated. For more shipping details, please click here.
  • How can I make changes to my order?

    Simply email us at [email protected] within 6 hours. Be sure to include your order number! If you would like to change your design, please also include the URL or name of the new design. Otherwise, if it is the device type, case type or color that you would like to adjust, please also let us know the details in email.
Products

  • Do I have to personalize all the products you are selling?

    Of course not! Every product is custom to you whether or not it's personalized with your monogram, initial or name. All our designs can be ordered without personalization - simply choose your favorite pattern, color and case style and then, place your order.
  • How do I remove the case from my mobile device?

    Whether you're removing a Slim or Rubber Premium case or Rubber Bumper case, turn the phone or device so that its back faces you. Apply pressure to the bottom corners to create a space between the phone and case. Using your fingers, gently pry the space open, and the case will pop right off.
    *Kindly do not put any additional pressure over the phone camera, as there is a high chance of damaging the lens.
  • Do your cases fit all mobile devices?

  • What's the difference between a Slim, Rubber bumper & rubber premium cases ?

    Slim cases are extremely light, stylish and comes with a high quality printing which last for a long time. Rubber premium cases comes with extra durable polycarbonate and a TPU inner which provides an additional protection to your valuable device. Rubber bumper cases gives you an additional protection with a TPU protected bumper around the case and comes along with the rich glossy fishing high quality printing. With either choice, all our phone cases help protect from daily wear and tear. Plus, they combine our exclusive Color absorbtion Technology with flexible yet durable polycarbonate plastic.
  • Do you print my pictures on the sides of the case as well?

    Yes our slim cases and rubber bumper cases will be printed on the back, sides and the edges.
Artwork & Printing

  • What is the meaning of low quality warning sign in the editor next to my image ?

    In order to provide you a high quality phone cases, we recommend that you use high quality images. The warning is to let you know that the photo is below the recommended resolution, therefore the quality may be reduced.
  • What kinds of photos can I use on my custom case/products?

    As long as you have a personal digital photo of sufficient resolution and quality in JPEG/PNG format on your computer, you can use them on your mobile phone or device cover.
  • I want to upload my own images. What image format and resolution will give the best result?

    Our design tool supports .jpeg and .png formats. For a phone case we recommend a resolution of 2000×3000 pixels. For laptop sleeves and iPad cases we recommend a resolution of 4000×3000 pixels.
  • I want to join the GIFTABAY Artist Collection to sell my design. Who do I contact?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept major debit cards and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa), Apart of that we accept cash on delivery on certain products. Please check the description on the relevant product before you checkout.
